After an initial incubation in Institut d’Optique d’Aquitaine with the support of ALPhANOV, BLOOM has established full independent operation in Pessac, Cité de la Photonique and has released two industrial grade UV laser products with nanosecond programmable pulses, CAREX and YUCCA.
ALPhANOV was presenting its last experiment results with a single-mode hollow-core fiber.
Johan Boullet and his team achieved an unprecedented power transmission in intense UV radiation in a hollow-core fiber with 23.3 W, 155 µJ, 10 ns pulses at 343 nm.
