ALPhANOV presented their latest experimental results with a single-mode hollow-core fiber:

Johan Boulet and his team achieved unprecedented power transmission of intense UV radiation in a hollow-core fiber with 23.3 W, 155 µJ, 10 ns pulses at 343 nm.

This work used BLOOM’s Carex laser, and it took advantage of the laser’s ability to generate UV pulses with agile control of the pulsewidth.  CAREX offers up to 30 W average power, operation at up to 500 kHz and programmable pulse durations from 2 ns up to 20 ns.
